• PSCA  now enrolling Batch 18. Class opening  will be on November 15, 2010
• PSCA participates in all activities of the HRRAC
• PSCA won Gold for Wedding Cake Display, Bronze for Buco Chef challenge, Diploma for Creative Cakes Display
• Brain Quest 2010 (July 24):  PSCA Team got the silver (runner-up)  for the Quiz Bee
• Food Street 2010 (August 8  at the One Cebu Expo  held at CICC)
• PSCA was the only school who slug it out with the hotel heavy weights of Cebu ( Marriott, Marco Polo, Waterfront Lahug and Airport, Imperial Palace,  montebello, Cafe Laguna)  and came out one of the top sellers for the day.

Lani Garcia  (Batch 8, Certificate in Culinary Arts)  who did further studies in baking and pastry  arts at ISCHAM is the LMG Pastry CHEF, who makes delectable  pastries  and beautiful wedding cakes by order.
